Each class will begin with gentle flow and standing postures to warm and strengthen the body. We will then transition into Yin Yoga, where we relax into long holds in floor postures. Class will focus on breath-linked movement, learning proper (safe) alignment, and developing body and mind awareness. This class is great for all ages and all body types. Modifications will be provided.
