Memory Books: Preserving Memories through Stories

Managing Blood Pressure - An Empowering Approach

Learn the ins and uts of blood pressure (BP) self-management. You will learn how to obtain an accurate BP measurement at home, ways to manage blood pressure with simple lifestyle modifications and have access to a free home monitoring device during the duration of the class. Education will be complemented with hands-on activities and constructive conversation. Class is open to all but may be best for those new to managing blood pressure and those supporting family members with (pre)hypertension.

Stop Smoking with Hypnosis

In this group hypnosis setting, you will identify and overcome physical and ritualistic triggers to smoking, take charge of sabotaging behaviors, and become confident and secure in your new life as a non-smoker.

Guided Deep Breathing

Deep breathing exercises have been shown to support blood flow, increase energy levels, stimulate the lympthaic system and improve digestion. Explore various deep breathing techniques and find the one that is perfect for you. Styles reviewed include deep belly breathing, unequal ration breathing and alternate nostril breathing.

Grounding Consciousness to Earth and Life
