Walking the Labyrinth
with Bette Bond, MDiv, MaineGeneral Prevention & Healthy Living
The practice of walking labyrinths for spiritual grounding and renewal dates from the Middle Ages. MaineGeneral now has a large granite labyrinth overlooking the hospital. Come and explore the history and spiritual significance of the labyrinth, and join in an experience of walking it together. Requires ability to walk on uneven terrain. Please notify us in advance if you require parking near the labyrinth.
Date: Wednesday, Sept. 19, 6-7:30 p.m.
