Unwind from the day with an evening restorative yoga. Props will be used to allow your body to open to the poses and rest for longer periods of time. This yoga style is a much slower practice and integrates a sense of healing and meditation. Restorative yoga is for any level, but you must be able to get down to the floor on a mat.
Date: Thursday, March 5-26; 5:30-6:45 p.m. (4 sessions)
