Reflexology for Self-Care
with Connie Hubley, MaineGeneral Prevention & Healthy Living
only 3 seats left
The theory behind reflexology is that each of the body's organs and glands are "linked" to corresponding areas of the hands, ears and feet. Applying pressure to these areas relaxes muscles, improves blood circulation and helps to reduce symptoms of common health issues. In this class, learn how to take care of yourself and loved ones with reflexology on the hands and feet.
Dates: Saturday, Nov. 3 & 10; 9:30-12 p.m. (2 sessions)
