Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

Learn what mindfulness is, build a daily practice and discover how meditation can result in actual changes in your brain and improve your outlook. Classes will include a variety of meditation practices for you to explore.
Dates: Tuesday, Nov. 6-20; 5:45-7 p.m. (3 sessions)
