Guided Deep Breathing

Deep breathing exercises have been shown to support blood flow, increase energy levels, stimulate the lympthaic system and improve digestion. Explore various deep breathing techniques and find the one that is perfect for you. Styles reviewed include deep belly breathing, unequal ration breathing and alternate nostril breathing.
Date: Thursday, April 16-30; 5:30-6:30 p.m. (3 sessions)
