Breath Work & Meditation

Spring is an optimal time to revitalize your body with breath work. Learn to breathe more deeply with ancient yogic breathing techniques. As we deepen our focus and relax into the breath, going inward into meditation comes more easily. Over time, we will find this calming influence infiltrate all areas of our lives, improving cognitive skills, reducing emotional unheaval and restoring us to a more restful state of mind.
Date: Monday, April 13-May 18; 5:30-6:30 p.m. (6 sessions)
