Cooking with Your Kids (Ages 7-11) - Child Registration

Inviting your kids to cook with you is the best way to introduce them to foods that are good for them. Join us for this hands-on cooking class where you will learn alongside your kids basic cooking skills like proper tools to use, how to season foods with herbs and spices, what foods are healthiest and how to include those foods more often.

Creative Labyrinth Journey

The Labyrinth is an ancient transformational symbol that offers the experience of "losing oneself" as a way of "finding oneself" anew. Unlike a maze, the Labyrinth will always lead you to the center, and then back again to our beginning point where we are transformed. During this workshop series, we will lean into the magic and wisdom of journeying the labyrinth together through various creative mediums: art-making, movement, & writing.

Facial Reflexology for Glowing Skin
