Hand Reflexology

$35

with Connie Hubley, MaineGeneral Prevention & Healthy Living

Calendar Nov 9, 2019 at 9:30 am, runs for 1 week

The theory behind reflexology is that each of the body's organs and glands are "linked" to corresponding areas of the hands, ears and feet. Applying pressure to these areas relaxes muscles, improves blood circulation and helps to reduce symptoms of common health issues. This class will address head, neck, shoulder and back pain, as well as digestive issues. A few essential oils will be presented to address those areas of stress and pain.

Date: Saturday, Nov. 9; 9:30 a.m. - noon

Need an accommodation? We will make reasonable modifications and accommodations to ensure that people with disabilities have equal opportunity to participate in all classes and events. If you are a person with a disability who requires an accommodation to participate fully in a class or event, please notify us at 872-4102 at least 48 hours prior to the start of the class or event.
