Everyone can drum! You don't need to have "rhythm," just a heartbeat. Heart RHYTHMS is a proven way to reduce stress and burnout while improving mood and quality of life. Join our "people circle" that just so happens to have drums. Drums are included but feel free to bring your own.

Walking the Labyrinth

Yoga Breathing

Join us to explore mindful breathing! We will talk about some of the health benefits and enjoy several forms of yoga breathing exercises, called Pranayama. We will investigate how to incorporate these techniques into daily living.
