Similar to a rice bowl, Buddha bowls typically contain a grain base, raw or cooked veggies, a protein of your choice and a healthy fat like avocado, hummus or a tasty homemade dressing. They're also called macro bowls because they hit all your macronutrients: carbs, protein and fat. Join us for a hands-on cooking class to experiment with a variety of combinations!

Cooking Matters for Parents is a six-session, hands-on cooking class that is FREE and full of great information. Class members leave each week with a bag of groceries to make the recipes they learned in class at home.

Cooking with Your Kids (Ages 7-11) - Adult Registration

Inviting your kids to cook with you is the best way to introduce them to foods that are good for them. Join us for this hands-on cooking class where you will learn alongside your kids basic cooking skills like proper tools to use, how to season foods with herbs and spices, what foods are healthiest and how to include those foods more often.
