Online Class: Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

Learn what mindfulness is, build a daily practice and discover how meditation can result in actual changes in your brain and improve your outlook. Classes will include a variety of meditation practices.
Dates: Tuesday, June 5-19, 5:30-7 p.m.
*Joining a GoToMeeting online class is easy! You can log in from any computer or mobile device. You will receive an invitation by email with a link to join the class. If using a mobile device, you will need to download the free app. Refunds will be given if you experience technical difficulties.
