Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation
with Jeff Matranga, PhD & Jeri Wilson
Learn what mindfulness is, build a daily practice and discover how meditation can result in actual changes in your brain and improve your outlook. Classes will include a variety of meditation practices and even some mindful yoga for you to explore.
