Learn how to incorporate cancer-fighting fruits, vegetables and whole grains into your diet to prevent cancer. Join Donna Walsh, oncology-certified registered dietitian, for a discussion about how your food choices can lower your risk of cancer. Chef Ben Ramsdell will demonstrate recipes using these cancer-fighting foods. You will learn new cooking skills, sample the delicious food and leave with low-cost recipes you can use at home.

Guided Deep Breathing

Deep breathing exercises have been shown to support blood flow, increase energy levels, stimulate the lymphatic system and improve digestion. Explore various deep breathing techniques and find the one that is perfect for you. Styles reviewed include deep belly breathing, unequal ratio breathing and alternate nostril breathing.
