Creative Meditation: Doodling & Mandalas

Doodling can be a simple path to relaxation and inner focus and may help calm an anxious mind. Additionally, creating mandalas can be a fun expressive tool that does not require any artistic talent. Be warned, however, that you may get hooked. Soon you’ll be creatively meditating on every pamphlet, napkin or scrap piece of paper!

Join Registered Maine Guide Ray Reitze in exploring the concept of stillness while visiting a beautiful local treasure and learn techniques to practice at home. The terrain being walked/explored is uneven.
