Chakradance: A Heart-Centered Meditation

Come explore your heart chakra through guided meditation, movement and art. We will dance with eyes lowered in a darkened room to take you inward to open your heart to experience a deeper connection to loving kindness toward self and others. No dance experience or knowledge of chakras is necessary.

Creative Meditation: Doodling & Mandalas

Doodling can be a simple path to relaxation and inner focus and may help calm an anxious mind. Additionally, creating mandalas can be a fun expressive tool that does not require any artistic talent. Be warned, however, that you may get hooked. Soon you’ll be creatively meditating on every pamphlet, napkin or scrap piece of paper!
