Getting in the Meditation Mindset

Many people find this a challenge in our world today with so many things we want to do and accomplish. In this class, we will learn and practice a different Dharana or concentration practice each week that can help us achieve a true meditative state so that we can reap all the benefits of true meditation. This is not a yoga class.
