EVERYONE loves pizza, but it can be a pain to make. It's kind of a guilty pleasure, too. Not any more! We'll show you how to make bigger batches of delicious whole-grain dough that can make weeknight dinners a breeze. You'll choose your own flavor combinations, and learn to make a few tasty salads to fill out your plate. And you'll go home with the dough you make, so you can practice at home!

Secrets to Cooking Fish

Eating more fish can be a delicious way to add more lean protein to your diet, as well as heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids. This class will expose you to a variety of cooking techniques for several different types of fish. This is not a hands-on class, but don't worry, you will still get to ask questions and taste the dishes!
