Soundings for the Spirit

Have you ever thought about how sounds affect your body? Sound has been used for thousands of years as a tool for healing. Energies in the body can be influenced by different sound waves, which can also affect your brain. Learn about some of these sounds and instruments and experience several types that can lead to a meditative, calming state.

Family-Friendly Community Drum Circle

Bring the whole family and experience how much fun drumming can be! Beginners are welcome. Bring your own drum or borrow one. This event is free and inclusive, and all ages and abilities are welcome.

Baby Care Class

Our two-hour class in baby care helps parents gain a better understanding of their newborns. Topics include buying for your baby, newborn characteristics and development, infant crying patterns, SIDS prevention and car seat safety. Hands-on practice in newborn bathing, diapering, and car seat use are included.  Please bring the car seat you will use to bring your baby home.

*This class is free when you take our Prepared Childbirth Series or Weekend Workshop.

Join us for this free event as we highlight the lifestyle habits that increase health and longevity and how we as a community can apply these healthy habits to our daily lives.

Sibling Class

Prepared Childbirth Weekend Workshop

Breastfeeding Basics
