Hula Hoop Your Way to Health!

Hula hooping is a fun way to strengthen your core and elevate your heart rate. Start with the basics in this class and then learn a variety of movements designed to tone and burn. Cost of the class includes making your own hula hoop during the second session!

Set to soul-stirring music from more than 45 countries, Nia will provide you with a gentle cardiovascular workout that increases your strength, flexibility, mobility and agility while connecting your mind, body and soul.
