Feel Younger Yoga

As we move into our 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond, we begin to notice changes in our bodies, but we do not have to give up being active! Learn how yoga can help you continue to do what you love for years to come as you improve balance and range of motion, build strength, increase energy, enhance body awareness and reduce stress. For anyone interested in living life with health and vitality. Beginners welcome.

Fight Inflammation with Food

What we eat may lessen the inflammation tied to diseases like arthritis, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, asthma, and allergies. In this class learn what foods reduce inflammation and get a chance to prepare and taste them.

Group Personal Training - w/ Feargal Semple

Experience the perfect balance between the advantages of personal training and the affordability and motivation of group exercise! In this class you will become familiar with gym equipment, learn proper techniques and develop a personalized fitness plan you can continue on your own outside of class. This class is appropriate for all levels as you will work at your own speed, intensity and ability.

Trial membership at the KV YMCA is included for the 8-week session.

This class will allow you to explore your own inner sanctuary and the technique to get there.
