Breastfeeding Basics

This two-hour class for expectant parents offers information about the advantages of breastfeeding and how to get started. Other topics include milk production, physical and emotional responses to breastfeeding, nutrition, breast pumps, expressing and storing milk, and tips for lactating working mothers.

We encourage anyone who is considering breastfeeding to attend this class.

Prepared Childbirth Weekend Workshop

Stop Smoking with Hypnosis

Have you tried to quit smoking but just can’t break the habit? Hypnosis can help you regain your control and help you stop smoking. In this group hypnosis setting, you will identify and overcome physical and ritualistic triggers to smoking, take charge of sabotaging behaviors, and become confident and secure in your new life as a non-smoker.

Cooking for Diabetes

Celebrate Movement

Join us for an evening of low-impact, gentle-movement practices and breathwork to honor and celebrate our bodies.

Class Samplers Include:

5:40-6 p.m. - Posture & Tone - Cycle Room

6:10-6:30 p.m. - Tai Chi for Health - Group Fitness Room

6:40-7 p.m. - Spin Class - Cycle Room

7-7:20 p.m. - Gentle Yoga - Group Fitness Room

  • Attend any/all classes you are interested in!
  • Registration is for the entire event itself, but you may come at any time and for any/all classes.

  • Childcare will be available.

We'll show you how to make bigger batches of delicious whole-grain dough that can make weeknight dinners a breeze. You'll choose your own flavor combinations, and learn to make a few tasty salads to fill out your plate. And you'll go home with the dough you make, so you can practice at home!
