Chakradance: A Heart-Centered Meditation

We will dance with eyes lowered in a darkened room to take you inward to open your heart to experience a deeper connection to loving kindness toward self and others. Cooking with Your Kids (For ages 7-11), 2-4 PM

New Recipes! Inviting your kids to cook with you is the best way to introduce them to foods that are good for them. Join us for this hands-on cooking class where you will learn alongside your kids basic cooking skills like the proper tools to use, how to season foods with herbs and spices, what foods are healthiest and how to include those foods more often.

Date: Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2-4 p.m.

Please register online for this class, but choose the pay by check/cash option and mail in payment to get the discounted rate for children, as the system does not calculate the rate correctly. Thank you!
