This winter, spend some time having fun outside on cross-country skis. Participants of all levels of experience are welcome to register for this class. We will talk about equipment and techniques and explore different ski trails each week. Please bring your own skis, as there is limited equipment available.

Date: Thursday, Feb. 27-March 19; 4:30-5:30 p.m. (4 sessions)

Managing Blood Pressure - An Empowering Approach

Learn the ins and uts of blood pressure (BP) self-management. You will learn how to obtain an accurate BP measurement at home, ways to manage blood pressure with simple lifestyle modifications and have access to a free home monitoring device during the duration of the class. Education will be complemented with hands-on activities and constructive conversation. Class is open to all but may be best for those new to managing blood pressure and those supporting family members with (pre)hypertension.

Date: Tuesday, March 3-31; 5-6 p.m. (5 sessions)
